Get Orphaned Database Backups GET

Backups whose database has been deleted but which were kept, listed against the tombstone that now parents them. Database backups only — an application's volume backups are erased with the application and can never reach this state. Scoped to a project-pinned token's pin set — a project outside it is rejected, regardless of scope.

Get Stats GET

Operator-health summary in one call. An admin sees every project plus host resources and failed backups; a member sees only their own projects and any shared with them, without the host and backup signals.
