Get Backups GET

Scoped to a project-pinned token's pin set — a project outside it is rejected, regardless of scope.

Get Orphaned Database Backups GET

Backups whose database has been deleted but which were kept, listed against the tombstone that now parents them. Database backups only — an application's volume backups are erased with the application and can never reach this state. Scoped to a project-pinned token's pin set — a project outside it is rejected, regardless of scope.
